This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected insurance brokerage based in Newcastle City Centre.
You will be a vital part of a great team of quality individuals creating a professional and enjoyable working environment, focusing on a wide variety of commercial clients with annual premiums spends of between £10k and £500k.
You will be assisting the Account Executives with their cases, dealing with some cases independently, and have regular contact with clients and insurers, compiling new business submissions, making amendments, and marketing and negotiating renewal terms; using Acturis system.
Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years commercial insurance experience gained within an insurance broking environment.
Ideally, our client is looking for an individual keen to make career progression, perhaps develop over the next few years into a manager or an account executive.
This role comes with an excellent salary up to £38k + very generous benefits which includes 27 days (with the option to buy more or sell some), full PMI and dental cover and a significantly above average pension contribution. CII qualifications will be fully supported and funded by the company.
This role can have an element of flexibility in terms of part office / part home based.
