This is a fantastic brand-new opportunity, ideally suited to an ambitious individual looking to take on a leadership role where you can use your creative flare to develop the branch. The role could suit any of the following; an experienced Account Executive looking to step up into management, a Team Leader or Broking Manager looking to take on a more senior role or potentially a Branch Manager looking to join an ambitious and supportive independent insurance brokerage.
This is a strategic appointment; the successful applicant will have overall responsibility for the leadership, performance and growth of the branch. Ideally you will have a good all-round knowledge of both personal and commercial insurances and with a natural inclination towards people management.
A key focus of this role will be expand the commercial offering; you will be working closely with the senior management team to design and implement a growth strategy with the benefit of access to a substantial number of commercial insurance schemes and specialisms and access to all major and specialist insurer markets.
Part of your remit will be to identify new opportunities to expand and improve them customer base, drive sales and development, build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and affinity partners. You will lead, motivate and inspire the team with involvement in training, recruitment, day to day coaching etc.
