Job description
This is a brand-new role with a very successful commercial insurance brokerage, conveniently located in Leeds City Centre, a short walk from the bus and train stations. This role has been created due to the excellent organic growth achieved over the last few years and our client’s commitment to ensure that they can consistently provide an exceptional level of service to their clients.
Although you will be dealing with a wide variety of commercial claims, there is a bias towards motor claims and so our client is happy to appoint an individual with previous motor claims experience keen to develop across all technical disciplines.
Applicants will be comfortable taking ownership of claims, supporting the client from initial notification through to settlement, liaising with clients, insurers, adjuster, solicitors etc with a determination to find the best possible solution for the client.
We are happy to hear from claims professionals from broker, insurer or adjusting backgrounds, keen to find a varied role with genuine career progression; although this role is initially desk based, there will be opportunities to attend client meetings in the event of a claim or to discuss claims prevention.
This role comes with a salary of up to £34k and with a comprehensive benefits package, full support towards CII qualification and with genuine longer-term career progression.
