Job description
This is a terrific opportunity to join a successful commercial insurance brokerage based in Leeds City Centre. They have an excellent reputation and have consistently grown year on year, entirely organically. They have a great team and provide a flexible environment with hybrid working available.
This role sits within their claims team, providing an exceptional level of service to their loyal client base, handling claims from notification through to settlement, liaising with all parties and keeping the client fully up to date throughout the process.
You will be very customer focused, working hard to reach the best possible outcome for the client, able to analyse policy wordings and challenge insurers where necessary.
You will handle a wide variety of claims across multiple technical disciplines; there will be a slight bias towards motor, but you will be handling all claims.
Our client is happy to hear from applicants from broker, insurer and adjusting backgrounds; ideally with experience dealing with a variety of claims, however, they are comfortable appointing an applicant with motor claims experience and will provide training on other areas (property, EL/PL etc).
It is crucial that you are team oriented, professional and client focused and with a good level of attention to detail. Previous use of Acturis system would be beneficial.
This role comes with a basic salary, dependent on experience, up to £32k and a comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
