Locations are to be based from either - Leicester / Amersham / Maidstone / Doncaster, with hybrid working supported.

The Role
- This is a 360 client role.
- You own the relationship.
- You manage the detail.
- You make sure everything lands - accurately and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll manage a portfolio of client’s end‑to‑end — owning the relationship and the delivery behind it.
- Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
- Keeping on top of renewals and mid-term adjustments to ensure cover is right and continuous
- Handling new business, endorsements and cancellations accurately and on time
- Working across insurer platforms to place and manage cover
- Staying close to the detail - reviewing documentation and resolving issues quickly
- Liaising with insurers to secure terms and navigate more complex cases
- Keeping client records accurate, compliant and up to date
- Working with the wider team to make sure delivery is consistent
Ideal candidates will have commercial insurance experience and be currently working within a broking environment. This role would offer a great opportunity for someone with a few years experienced under their belt, or candidates looking to make the "next step up" and make a real impact. It is essential that you can communicate well at all levels and also have a can-do attitude and be proactive in your approach. The role with include presenting risks to the insurer markets and building and maintaining underwriter relationships to ensure you are getting the best deals/terms for the client.
Base salary £35K to £42K, plus some excellent benefits, along with career support and a development programme so that you can progress within the organisation.
