Our client is a very well-respected commercial insurance brokerage with numerous branches across the Yorkshire area. This role is to be based from their office in the Leeds / Bradford area and will provide the rare opportunity to inherit a loyal client portfolio (worth circa £200k) made up of a wide variety of commercial risks. The focus of this role is client retention and with a little new business / portfolio growth required.

You will be reporting to the Regional Managing Director, who is well known for being a very likeable, fair and family oriented individual who is committed to providing a flexible working environment with great work life balance.

Ideal applicants could be any of the following: An experienced client servicing executive looking for a new home, a new business executive looking to move away from sales and into a client management position or potentially an experienced commercial broker / account handler who feels that now is the right time to step up into a full client facing account executive role.

Progress towards CII qualifications would be beneficial and will be fully supported. This role comes with an excellent salary up circa £60k per annum and with a full and comprehensive benefits package. The working pattern is “hybrid”, currently 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, although as an Account Executive, you will be in control of your own diary and movements.
