Job description
We are pleased to be supporting this very well-respected insurance brokerage based in the Bradford area. They are long established with a low staff turnover and an enviable level of client retention; headed up by a very popular Branch Director, well known for being fair and decent and committed to work life balance.
They have a brand-new role available, supporting the Account Executives and an Account Director, assisting them in looking after some of their larger and more technically complex clients. These tend to be mid-market to corporate cases and across some prestigious sectors.
In this role you will be providing an exceptional level of service, mainly assisting with existing clients, making amendments and being involved in the marketing and negotiation of renewals. There will be a small amount new business involvement, compiling submissions and liaising with insurers.
Ideal applicants will have a good all-round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance and with exposure to larger mid-market and potentially some corporate cases. However, we are happy to hear from those wishing to push your career forward and maybe have some mid-market experience but feel ready for a greater level of technical challenge.
Progress towards professional qualification would be beneficial and will be fully supported. Previous use of Acturis is preferred but not essential (system training can be provided).
This role comes with a salary up to circa £50k and with a comprehensive benefits package, hybrid working and genuine career progression.
