Job description

This is a brand-new role, created due to growth and presents the opportunity to a join a truly independent commercial insurance brokerage in the East Leeds area. This is dual role, partly focused on general account handling and partly providing support to the new business team, broking new cases to market to secure favourable terms.

Ideal applicants will have previous experience within a commercial broking environment, dealing with a wide range of commercial insurance from SME through to mid-market. In this role you will manage some of the smaller client’s full cycle, whilst providing support to the Account Executives on the larger cases.

You will be a strong communicator, with good presentation skills, able to take risks to market and to secure favourable terms through your knowledge of the market, understanding of the risk and with dynamic negotiating.
