Job description

This is a great opportunity to join a quality insurance brokerage within their commercial broking team. This business is long established, has a low staff turnover and high level or client retention. In this role you will be dealing with a wide range of commercial clients, both independently and in support of the account executives. This will involve providing new quotations, making amendments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals. This is a busy department with lots of client contact and therefore requires applicants to have good communication skills.

The majority of cases will be general commercial clients with an annual premium spends between £5k and £50k, although there will be some larger cases to be involved with. There is a big emphasis on providing a high level of customer service to all clients.

Ideally, you will have at least 2 years commercial insurance experience, preferably gained within a broking of insurance related customer services role.
