Job description
Our client is a hugely successful insurance brokerage. They have achieved very impressive organic growth over the last decade and continue to do so. They have a network of Account Executives working across the UK, developing their commercial insurance portfolios.
This fantastic success has opened a brand-new role within their broking support team, assisting the Account Executives with a wide range of commercial clients, mainly mid-market and some corporate, premiums ranging from circa £20k up into the £100k’s + and across a varied spectrum of sectors. In this role you will be dealing with new and existing clients, compiling submissions on new cases, making amendments and marketing and negotiating renewals. Daily, you will be speaking cliets and insurers as well as your Account Executive team.
A secondary part of this role, is to manage the relationships with the remote based Account Executives, ensuring that they are up to date with markets, products and helping them to be as successful as possible through efficient communication across all areas of the business.
This role would suit applicants with at least 3 years + commercial broking experience, with previous exposure to mid-market clients, potentially some corporate, and with a wide commercial insurance knowledge.
Previous use of Acturis would be beneficial, although not essential, as system training can be provided.
This role come with a salary ranging from £32k to £40k with a comprehensive benefits package. Their modern offices are conveniently located in Leeds City Centre, and you will be able to work on a hybrid basis.
