A great opportunity to join a very successful independent chartered insurance brokerage in the Leeds area. They are conveniently located with loads of free parking and close to public transport links. This role will be part office part home based, 3 days in, 2 days from home.

Having worked with this business for many years and on a lot of recent projects, the feedback has been fantastic. They have a great team of quality professionals, who work together really well (no office politics). They have a low staff turnover and have been growing consistently year on year, mainly organically and with a few small acquisitions here and there.

In this role you will be supporting a team of account executives, providing full broking and account handling support on a wide range of commercial clients. This will involve assisting with new business submissions, dealing with mta’s and marketing and negotiating renewal terms with insurers.

Ideal applicants will have a good all round commercial insurance knowledge and previous use of Acturis system would be beneficial. As a chartered brokerage, our client is committed to supporting all staff towards achieving CII qualifications.

It is important that you are well organised, with great attention to detail, are a dedicated team player and naturally inclined to provide the highest levels of customer service. 

This role comes with an excellent basic salary up to circa £45k (flexible for the correct candidate) + a comprehensive benefits package.
