Our client is a rapidly expanding independent insurance brokerage based in Leeds. This is a brand-new role which has been created due to growth and requires a good “all-rounder” with a decent knowledge across most classes of commercial insurance, able to handler clients independently as well as supporting the Account Executives on larger cases, mainly mid- market and to a smaller extent there may be corporate risks with large premiums attached.

Our client is looking for an individual with at least 3 + years’ experience broking mid-market commercial risks across all sectors, previous use of Acturis is preferred. In this role you will be dealing with new and existing clients, compiling submissions, making amendments and marketing and negotiating renewals. 

You will be a strong communicator who enjoys speaking to clients and insurers daily, a team player and with great attention to detail. Although predominately office based, there will be opportunities to visit clients with the Account Executives from time to time.

This role comes with a salary up to £40k depending on your previous experience. You will also receive and excellent benefits package and the opportunity to work partly from home. Our client is conveniently located with plenty of parking.
