Are you looking to join a well-respected insurance brokerage with a low staff turnover, able to provide an enjoyable, professional and flexible working environment? Currently working on a 2-day office, 3 days from home basis, this client has won “Best Employer” awards; the Branch Director is well known for his commitment to work life balance.
In this role, you will be joining an excellent team dealing with a variety of mid-market and corporate clients across all business sectors. These are long standing clients, retained over many years due to the exceptional level of service provided. You will be able to take ownership of some clients and will support the Account Executives on others.
Day to day, you will be speaking to clients and insurers, providing broking support, making amendments to existing policies, marketing and negotiating renewal terms and working on new business submissions as and when new enquiries come in.
Ideal applicants will have at least 3 + years commercial broking experience, be very team oriented and be looking for a secure, flexible and professional working environment. Previous use of Acturis system would be beneficial but not essential as system training can be provided. CII studies will be fully supported.
This role comes with a salary in the range of £36k to £42k, possibly a little more dependent on experience. They provide an excellent benefits package, and they have plenty of parking available.
