In this role you will be joining the “Renewals” team, dealing with existing commercial insurance clients across most classes of business, premiums generally up to £15k, and with some large mid-market cases including professional risks (PI, D&O, cyber etc).

Day to day, you will be speaking to existing clients, building and enhancing relationships, checking and updating risk information, marketing and negotiating renewal terms with insurers. You will be using Acturius system to keep accurate client information.

Ideal applicants will have previous commercial insurance experience, preferably gained within an insurance broker environment, however, we will also be happy to hear from commercial underwriters wanting to move across into broking. It is vital that you enjoy speaking to clients and insurers and wish to work in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

This role comes with a salary up to circa £33k and with an excellent commission structure which could earn you an additional £2k – £5k annually + an excellent benefits package, which includes a good level of pension contribution and a generous holiday allowance (plus a whole range of other benefits).
