Job description
Our client is a quality independent insurance brokerage with a national presence and offices located throughout the UK. They are very dynamic, well run, very well-funded and very much in growth mode.
They have recently set up an exciting new Appointed Representative division with capacity to support highly ambitious individuals looking to earn a significantly higher income and to be your own boss.
Our client is well aware that the biggest obstacle in setting up as an AR is ensuring that that you have sufficient income in the early stages and so are able to arrange funding and support to the right individuals. Basically, if you are willing to back yourself, then they will back you.
Ideal applicants will currently be Account Executives or Account Directors looking to generate a much greater personal income with the freedom to be your own boss, essentially looking to walk away from growth targets, pressure, and sales meetings and to focus entirely on generating a portfolio which suits your needs and aspirations.
Suitable candidates should be commercial insurance specialists or perhaps you have a particular specialism (e.g.: PI, construction, HNW or any other area of insurance)
You will be provided with all of the tools you require to maximise your income, a good support network of brokers and admin support, access to all major insurer markets, Lloyd’s facilities, specialist markets and some exclusive scheme arrangements.
The ideal applicant will have an existing client portfolio with the confidence that a good chunk will follow you. However, we are also open to discussions with new business producers if you genuinely believe that you can build a nice book of clients.
Given that our client has a national network of established offices, you could attach yourself a specific office location or work from home if preferred.
