HNW Account Executive / Team Leader – Leeds / Hybrid

Job description
This is a brand-new opening with a highly respected insurance brokerage, which has been created due to growth, this role will be a mix of Account Executive duties and team management, based from one of their Leeds / West Yorkshire branches, working closely with the Regional MD and the commercial / corporate teams.
As the focal point of the High-Net-Worth team, you will be the lead Account Executive, attending client meetings, predominantly to existing commercial and corporate customers who require private client / HNW advice on high value homes and vehicles, fine arts, antiques, collections and many other covers.
As well as your AE duties, you will be responsible for running the existing team of private client account handlers, overseeing growth and development, identifying opportunities to drive new business initiatives and providing training and career development to the existing members of the team.
Ideal applicants will have previous HNW / Private Client experience and expertise and be comfortable in a client facing role in front of prestigious clients with detailed portfolios. Although this role is mainly focused on dealing with existing clients, we would prefer applicants to be growth oriented with a keen eye for spotting new opportunities.
Previous management or team leader experience would be beneficial, although not essential. It is important, however, that you have a desire to take on a leadership role within a quality organisation.

You will be able to work on a hybrid basis and will be expected to make regular visits to multiple branches within the Yorkshire area to form internal relationships and to benefit from close team collaboration.
