Private Clients Account Handler – Newcastle upon Tyne

Great opportunity to join a long established and well regarded independent insurance brokerage conveniently located in Newcastle, with plenty of parking available. This is a brand new role, which has been created due to a recent promotion.
In this role, you will be dealing with a wide range of personal lines insurances, from straight forward motor and household to more complex medium and high net worth cases + everything in between including travel, PA etc.
You will be dealing with new enquiries, sourcing competitive quotations, making amendments and adjustments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals. This role will involve daily communication with clients and insurers, so it’s important that you enjoy speaking to lots of different people, being busy and have really strong organisational skills.
Ideal applicants will have at least 12 months insurance experience with previous exposure to personal lines insurance, ideally from a broking background.
