Job description
Our client is a highly respected Yorkshire based independent insurance brokerage, long established and boasting an enviable client retention and well known for having a very low staff turnover.
They have not needed to make any redundancies or furlough any staff despite the recent Covid crisis and continue to grow.
The need has arisen to add an additional broker / account handler to the private client team working closely with key clients arranging their personal insurance requirements including motor, household, and travel, PA, boat and watercraft as well as other specialist private lines of insurance.
This role has a big emphasis on providing exceptional customer services to important and longstanding clients. It is very much a team environment although currently the working arrangement is very flexible home / office.
Ideal applicants will have a good all round general insurance knowledge, ideally with a good working knowledge of private client insurance; it’s also important that applicants have previous experience of using Acturis system.
