We are currently working with a Global Insurance company who are seeking a Product Manager (Hybrid Working 2 days in the office) within their Health sector based out of either Glasgow, Bristol, Kent or Bournemouth.
You don’t necessarily have to be from a Medical Insurance background, and this role could suit someone from a regulated insurance role, either within a broker or insurance company, or where FCA products are sold.
The company have adopted a Hybrid way of working, empowering people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, the team and their customers. Once you start there will be an office-based induction period, and after that you will split your time between working from home and the office. This role brings good promotional opportunities and through their in-house training, coaching, and mentoring, you will be fully supported to help you achieve your full potential.
Job Purpose
Our clients are seeking a proactive Product Manager with deep expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management within healthcare or insurance to join Health team. You’ll lead the strategy and roadmap for their Member Portal, working with stakeholders and data to drive improvements that enhance member self-service, satisfaction and operational efficiency. AS the Product Manager you’ll shape product vision, influence across teams and mentor squads to foster innovation and continuous value delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives and customer needs, translating it into actionable strategies.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Coach and support Product Owners and Product Managers, helping them refine backlogs, opportunity sizing, gap analysis and upskilling in disciplined product management practices.
- Support multiple squads and work streams simultaneously, balancing empowerment with hands-on involvement and providing constructive critique.
- Analyse processes and performance data to identify opportunities for automation, innovation and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and digital self-service for members.
- Navigate complex internal stakeholder ecosystems effectively, advocating for product vision and delivery.
- Maintain a strong foundational understanding of AI and stay aware of evolving industry trends.
