Our client is a fantastic and highly respected insurance brokerage, currently experiencing a very exciting period of growth, which has opened lots of new job vacancies across the group and in various locations. This particular role is to be based from the Leeds office, although very much a hybrid role, initially 3 days a week in the office and moving towards 2 days in the office (if preferred), once probation is completed.
As a part of their successful commercial SME team, this role, has a primary focus on professional risks, mainly professional indemnity, D&O etc, although you will also be working on some general commercial risks. They have a lot of business enquiries incoming, from a wide range of sources and distribution channels and require an individual who enjoys being busy, speaking to lots of new and existing clients daily.
Ideal applicants will have at least 18 months + commercial broking or account handling experience, ideally with plenty of exposure to PI, D&O, E&O etc. You will be dealing with new and existing clients, taking risks to market, making amendments and marketing renewals, speaking with clients and insurers.
This role comes with a salary of £30k - £35k + a very generous commission structure (worth from £3k to £10k per annum), full and comprehensive benefits package, support towards CII qualification, and with genuine career progression within the group.
