This is a dual role, a mix of client servicing and new business development (all leads provided); As your client portfolio grows, you will become more and more service oriented with less new business requirements.
The Divisional Director is very “team” oriented and is keen to create an enjoyable and professional environment with flexible hybrid working where you can develop your long-term career. This is a secure business with very low staff turnover; not bogged down with processes and politics.
The role comes with a highly competitive salary, dependent on experience + a generous commission structure, full and comprehensive benefits, support towards CII and flexible hybrid working.
