This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected and growing commercial insurance brokerage, based from their office in Newcastle, with hybrid working available. We have worked with this client for many years and the feedback from candidates has been 100% positive.
This new role sits within their renewals team, dealing with a wide range of commercial clients, mainly SME, premiums up to around £15k per annum and with some larger cases. Using Acturis system, you will be speaking to clients and insurers daily, marketing and negotiating renewals.
Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years commercial insurance experience, preferably broking and with Acturis experience. You will be “team oriented”, a strong communicator and with great attention to detail.
Once the first few weeks of training are completed, you will be able to work on 3 days from the office, 2 days from home basis. Once probation is completed there is an option to work 2 days from the office and 3 days from home.
This client is keen to provide long-term career progression and can develop individuals through the business into more senior roles. They are also full supportive is those wanting to pursue CII qualifications.
This role comes with a basic salary of circa £32k + a generous bonus which on average adds around £3k to your income. There is also a very generous benefits package with above average holiday entitlement, good pension and a wide range of flexible benefits to choose from.
