This is a fantastic opportunity to step up into a full Account Executive position; perhaps you’re currently in a broker / account handler role but want to be out on the road visiting clients and building yourself a client portfolio. If so, this could be the ideal role for you.

Based in the Manchester / Northwest area, you will be home based, provided with a great salary, full benefits including a generous car allowance and commission structure; you will be working with a vastly experienced Manchester based Account Executive as your mentor and backed up by a great  team of brokers, handlers, lead generators and DA underwriters at HQ in Leeds.

You will have access to all insurer markets and numerous highly competitive and exclusive schemes, with which you will have underwriting authority and DA underwriting support. You will be able to target all mid-market commercial clients and clients connected to the motor trade sector.

Although, you will be provided with quality leads and marketing support, you will also be expected to be proactive in generating your own leads and prospects. You may also be able to inherit some existing clients and any clients you win, will automatically be added your personal client portfolio.

Ideal applicants will have a good all-round knowledge of commercial insurance, this could be experience gained in a broking or underwriting environment, knowledge of motor trade combined insurance is desirable. You will be dynamic and new business oriented, keen to be out and about, meeting clients in person.
