This is a fantastic opportunity for those of you looking for a route to become a full Account Executive over the next few years and a chance to join a quality insurance brokerage headed up by a highly successful and very supportive figurehead.

Initially working as a desk based AE, you will start by dealing mainly with SME commercial clients, dealing with incoming enquiries as well as creating you’re own new business leads. During with period, you will be building your technical insurance knowledge, working towards CII qualifications and shadowing the Account Executives on client visits.

It is anticipated that within 12 months, you will be starting to deal with clients on a face to face basis and start to build up your own client’s portfolio as well as inheriting some loyal clients to add to your growing portfolio.

Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years commercial insurance experience in either a broking or an underwriting capacity, be smart, professional and ambitious and recognise the quality of this opportunity and the support provided to get you to full Account Executive status.
