This is an excellent opportunity, which could suit either an individual with 12 months + commercial insurance experience or perhaps you have some insurance experience and are keen to move into a commercial insurance role with training provided.

Our client is a very successful commercial insurance brokerage conveniently located in Leeds City Centre, a short walk from major transport links. They operate from smart, modern and appealing offices in the heart of the City Centre.

They currently have 2 job openings available within their commercial broking team, supporting the Account Executives in providing an excellent level of service on a wide variety of general commercial clients, mainly mid-market, with annual premiums spends ranging from £10k to £150k. In this role you will be assisting with new business submissions, making amendments on existing policies and be involved in marketing and negotiating renewals.

As a business, they are more inclined to recruit based on personality, attitude and ability to work with a strong team ethic. Ideal applicants will be hardworking, professional and with great organisational skills. Previous use of Acturis would be beneficial but is not essential (system training can be provided).

This role comes with a basic salary of up to £29k per annum and includes a full and comprehensive benefits package. This client works on a 3 days in the office 2 days from home basis, so, once your training is complete, you can expect some flexibility.
