The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that the company is adhering to the applicable regulations and to help ensure the Company’s compliance to them. This involves assisting in monitoring the Company’s activities, keeping up to date with changes in the regulatory environment, and providing advice and support to employees.
The following responsibilities and tasks are highlighted as the key areas determined within this role. The list however is not exhaustive. The role holder will be expected to undertake additional appropriate tasks, as required from time to time, to fulfil the role as required.
File audits, cyber security training for new starters, assisting the compliance team with MI reporting, working with colleagues across all departments, assisting with day-to-day compliance queries, assisting the implementation of policies and procedures, daily admin, diary management etc
Suitable applicants will have good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, previous use of Word and Excel, time management and organisational skills, ideally, previous insurance experience. Perhaps you’ve spent 12 months + in a broking role and fancy moving into compliance.
This role comes with a starting salary circa £25k - £30k with an excellent benefits package which includes a generous pension and holiday entitlement and an annual bonus.
