Our client is a very well-respected commercial insurance brokerage with numerous branches across the Yorkshire area. This role is to be based from their office in Leeds and will provide the opportunity to inherit a loyal client portfolio (worth circa £100k) made up of a wide variety of commercial risks. The focus of this role will be both client retention and new business / portfolio growth required, most leads of which will be provided by the internal sales and marketing team.
You will be reporting to the Regional Managing Director, who is well known for being a very likeable, fair and family oriented individual who is committed to providing a flexible working environment with great work life balance.
Ideal applicants could be any of the following: An experienced client servicing executive looking for a new home, a new business executive looking to move into a dual role with a greater element of client servicing or potentially an experienced commercial broker / account handler who feels that now is the right time to step up into a full client facing account executive role.
Progress towards CII qualifications would be beneficial and will be fully supported. This role comes with an excellent salary up circa £60k per annum and with a full and comprehensive benefits package. The working pattern is “hybrid”, currently 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, although as an Account Executive, you will be in control of your own diary and movements.
