This is a great opportunity to join a long-established independent broker who are very client focused; their ethos is all about quality over quantity, building long-term client relationships and consistently delivering a very high level of service. Having achieved excellent quality growth, they have opened up a brand-new role, which they consider more a “journey role” than a quick fix. They require an individual wanting to grow with the business over the long-term who shares their commitment to client relationships.
In this role you will assist with their broking, account handling and client management, taking on some of your own clients as well as assisting the Account Executive’s on some of the larger cases. As you progress, you will encouraged to get out and about meeting your clients with a view to progressing towards Account Executive status and picking up some new clients of your own.
Ideal applicants will have a worked in a commercial broking environment, with a good all-round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance and be experienced in using Acturis system. It is very important that you are very team oriented and that your natural inclination is to go above and beyond for your clients.
The MD is well known for being a very fair and decent leader, committed to his team, providing support and encouragement, hence, they have a very low staff turnover.
