Job description
Our client is an impressive commercial insurance brokerage, achieving fantastic growth whilst retaining its commitment to its staff and their career development. This is a hybrid role from day one, 3 days working from the office and 2 days from home. Salaries are excellent and they provide a generous bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
This is a vibrant team with a low staff turnover, who primarily focus on general commercial SME type clients, with annual premiums spends up to circa £15k, however, they do also deal with some larger cases with premium spends up to £100kish.
The team is split between “New Business” and “Existing Business”; the new business team is dealing with a good volume of incoming enquiries, establishing relationships with new prospects, taking risks to market and securing new clients. This role is very much suited to those who enjoy speaking to lots of new clients daily and who enjoy the more “Salesy” side of the role.
The “Existing Business” team is dealing with client enquiries, making amendments to policies and covers and leading the renewal process, taking cases to market where necessary to secure the best possible renewal terms.
Ideal applicants will have a background in commercial broking / account handling and be keen to join a dynamic business, which is enjoyable, rewarding and with plenty of longer-term career development available. Previous use of Acturis would be very useful; CII qualifications will be fully supported.
These roles come with a basic salary up to circa £35k depending on experience, a great benefits package and a generous bonus which could potentially see you generate an additional £3k - £10k in annual commission.
